Is it possible to evolve crystal pokemon without trading via Gameshark?

I am unable to trade any pokemon. So, I’m wondering if it’s there are any Gameshark codes/cheats that will allow me to evolve certain pokemon without trading? I tried looking but I couldn’t find anything. Specifically to get Golem.

    No sorry, you have to trade or you can’t get a Golem.

    get the pokemon modifier from GAMESHARK.COM and enter the golem digits under the name
