How do you get an easy shiny pokemon without trading or cheats in pokemon platinum?

I really want a shiny with no cheats… I’ve only seen one in crystal, but it was at the beginning of the game, so I didn’t have any poke-balls. Any theories?

    yeah that happened to me too with Gold x.x

    and you can try chaining them using the pokeRadar.
    Usually itll take about 80-130 chains.

    some can get the shiny at the first radar try xD

    the more you chain them, the higher the % gets.

    Your best bet is to use the pokeradar swarm chain technique, search it on youtube as there are some good tutorial vids.

    There is a technique involving the PokeRadar that lets you “chain” pokemon you find in the wild, and will increase your chances to find a shiny.
