Pokemon Crystal Cheats

I used gamesharks and those codes wouldn’t work at all, so I need help on finding them…including all pocket monsters from older versions and all the items…

i also have problem to get surf in pokemon red and waterfall in pokemon crystal. also how to get regiice,registeel and regirock.and lots of cheats.

I sharked my pokemon crystal game. I had used this cheat before and nothing horribly bad had happened, but as soon as I turned it on, it erased my save file! Is there any way to save my file, or is it gone forever?
